Life at CushionPop! What's It like?

Life at any workplace ranges drastically. Whether you're behind a desk surrounded by screens, in a kitchen whipping up something tasty, or barrelling down the M4 with a truck full of goods - it's different for everyone! 

We thought it'd be a cool idea to give our customers a little insight into the day of the life of a CushionPop Employee! 

9 am: Office team arrives - Successful commute! 

9:15 am: Office team meeting. This is where we deal with any outstanding issues for the day. This could include customer service issues, and/or returns! 

9:15 - 10:00 am:  Warehouse & design team arrives! These are the heroes of your orders! They design, pack, and post your lovely cushions! 

10 am - 2 pm: Work! Work! Work! Lots of printing, designing, and packaging. Thanks, Photoshop!   

2-3 pm: Lunchtime! Cheeky Nando's anyone? 👀

3-4 pm: Last order designs. Here we wrap up and design the last few orders of the working day! 

4-5 pm: Postage and Packaging! Now we get the orders ready to be shipped to your doorstep. Did anyone say next day delivery?  

Each day is different here at our warehouse! We decided to interview a few of our employees to see what they love the most about being a part of CushionPop! Here's what our team had to say!

What do you love the most about being part of the team/position? 

 "For me, I love seeing all the different happy faces! I see around 300 customer images a day and for a short moment I feel like I'm part of the beautiful memory that was shared!"

What do you love the most about being part of the team/position? 

Personally, I like the autonomy of my role. I can just zone out, and focus on my tasks. On the other hand, we're quite a social team so I do have the option to have some chat/banter with the others when I'm ready!
