How does it all work?

It's easy! Choose your desired cushion design, then simply upload the required amount of images for that design. If your design requires custom text, just type your wording into the box provided. We do the rest! 

Do you have guidelines for images? 

We have specific instructions for photos. They must be:

• Clear and high quality (high resolution) 
• No nudity, offensive language, or sexually explicit images
• Photos that can be best cropped into squares 
• The correct amount of images in relation to the cushion design 

I've made a mistake on my order - Can I contact you after the order has gone through?

Of course! Just be sure to contact us as soon as possible. If we've already started working on the order, there's a chance we won't be able to make an amendment. Check our contact page for more information on how to reach out. 

How long until I get my cushion?

For UK residents, you should get your product within 1-3 days, but please allow for an extra day or two encase of any delays.  If you haven't received your cushion after 5 days, please contact us immediately. For all shipping and delivery information, please refer to our shipping page.
