From 16th December - we don't recommend placing orders with the standard post if you require them to arrive by Christmas; please use next-day services. 

Standard and Express services both use the Royal Mails network. 

Orders placed with Next day delivery are sent with DHL, DPD, or DPD Local; please note due to strikes, these couriers are experiencing delays, but your order is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days, while Royal Mail cannot guarantee this. 

Please note most of our items are sent with Royal Mail.

They were on strike from 24-25th, 30th November, and 1st December and 9th, 14th-15th December, affecting the deliveries.

Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. Tracking numbers are added to your order. These are delivery confirmation numbers and will only update if there is an attempted delivery or when the item is delivered. UK Shipping time: 1-5 days

Europe: 3-10 days

Rest of the World: 14-21 days

Processing time 1-3 days, if your order is urgent, please add Express or Next day delivery to your order (these can't be added after the order is submitted) 

For UK residents, we aim to get your product to you within 1-3 working days after dispatch, however, there could be rare occasions where this benchmark is not met. We do our best to keep these occurrences to a minimum.  

Standard Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all products! As our products are hand-made to order, please allow 2-3 working days for your item to be dispatched and then a further 3-5 days for delivery. Please contact us if your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery date. 

Express Shipping 

For £5.99-£11.99 we'll fast-track your order! You should receive this item within 1-3 days. Please contact us if it doesn't arrive within this time-frame.
