Personalisierte Fotokissen: Wie funktioniert das?

We love creating your cushions! Seeing all your orders brings us joy each and every day. Your order passes through several different processes and passes through many hands, before it reaches your doorstep.

With that said we thought it could be interesting to give you a little insight into how our personalised cushions are made! 

Step 1 - Designed By You! 

It all starts with you! Once you have your special photos ready and you've chosen your desired design - our magical app kicks in! It allows you to personalise your favourite cushion and lets you decide where to place your images, within the confines of the design. 

Some of our cushions also allow for custom text! Just open our magical app and get typing. Just make sure whatever you have to say fits on the cushion!

Step 2 - Our Fairies Start Working! 

Once you submit the design, our magical fairies get to work! They double-check the designs and make sure all images have been configured properly. If not - they make the necessary design changes and submit the design for printing. 

Step 3 - Print & Press!

Once your design has been approved, it gets sent to our print & press team! These worker bees are trained to use the latest technology to pull your design from behind the screen, onto our soft premium fabric. We only use the best ink to ensure you get the highest possible picture quality. We can produce around 200-300 designs a day. Busy work!   

Step 4 - Package & Shipped

With your special memories hot and fresh on a brand new cushion, we package it up and ship it to your doorstep. This could take a few days, but sometimes a bit longer due to circumstances out of our control, so please be patient!
