Loved it always very nice quality bit long for delivery but very satisfied thankyou .

Not what I ordered and poor customer services

I have sent three emails to CushionPop and have been ignored each time. The cushion came but the photos are not how they were inserted onto the template. Some family members were cut off one of the photos and the large photo in the middle had a birthday cake cut off which was an important part of the photo. I have emailed customer services but they haven't replied and now I am stuck with a cushion that I am not happy with.
